Rescued Pit Bull Gets Hats From Around The World To Cover Her Abuse Scars

In this video a rescued pit bull named Abigail gets hats from around the world to cover-up a scar she received after losing her ear when she was used as “bait”in dog fighting.

When Abigail was rescued, she was ill in a shelter.

Victoria Frazier found out about Abigail on a Facebook page and phoned Urgent Dogs of Miami.

She rescued her and became her foster mom.

She gave her love and taught her how to be a dog.

Abigail had been a victim of dog fighting. Her ear was missing and she had badly infected facial wounds.

If Abigail had not have been rescued from the shelter, she would have been put down.

Her bandages appeared to resemble bows so people began to make her adorable headbands.

They respected her courage so they just continued to send her ribbons.

A lot of people wanted to adopt Abaigail however she eventually found the perfect forever home with a sister and a life she could have never dreamed of having.

Abigail will never have to worry about being used as “bait” in dog fighting ever again.
