Shelter Pit Bull Overcomes Fear Through Play

This video is about a shelter pit bull named Rio who overcomes his fear through play.

At the age of two Rio was adopted from a local animal control facility. He had never had toys or knew anything about playing. He wasn’t properly socialized and was carrying a good deal of emotional baggage. His fears caused him to act out and he couldn’t make friends.

With patience and play Rio is now a happy dog who is loved everywhere he goes.
