The main problem of the film is it has nothing to offer, we don't know anything about the characters and that wouldn't have been a problem at all if the film had a strong atmosphere, but the film doesn't have that either which is pretty troubling for a horror film, also most of the horror stuff taken place in off screen, so at the end what we got is a horror film where it's hard to care about the characters and we don't see much and we don't feel much.
