Police Rescue Malnourished Pit Bull Puppy

In this video a pit bull named Jolie was almost starved to death and is in a shelter scheduled to be euthanized.

Sheriff Trevor Reeves saw Jolie at this animal hospital and rescued her because he wasn’t going to let her be euthanized. He immediately took her to the vet and for three months they gave her rehabilitation.

After Jolie was healthy, Sheriff Trevor Reeves posted her picture on the internet and he was contacted by a family wanting to adopt her.

He got in touch with Tia and the crew at Pit Bulls and Parolees to help him with the adoption. When Tia sees Jolie, she can’t believe her eyes. She doesn’t even look like the emaciated, starving dog she once was.

The family that wants to adopt Jolie has a huge ranch in New Hampshire where she will have plenty of room to run and play and they plan to give her plenty of love.
