Tator Tot Saves A Toddler’s Life

Christie Smith rescued a pit bull named Tator Tot just hours before he was to be
euthanized.

Less than a week later he saved her four year old son’s life.

After Peyton went to bed, Tator Tot detected something was wrong with him.

He started barking and going between her room and Peyton’s and jumping on him and
licking him.

So Christie got up to check on Peyton. She found him barely breathing.

She rushed him to the emergency room where they discovered his blood sugar was
dangerously low.

Peyton tested negative for diabetes and while they can’t explain why this happened
Christie is convinced Tator Tot saved Peyton’s life.
