Brandi, an Uber driver who works in Gilbert, Arizona picked up a man and his nine month old pit bull puppy and drove them thirty minutes toward the East Valley.
When they got to an apartment complex their destination the man quickly got out. Brandi then turns around
only to find that her passenger had left his pit bull puppy on the backseat.
She went into the apartment complex to look for the man but couldn’t locate him.
She attempted to call the phone number hooked to his Uber account only to find that it had been disconnected.
She asked Uber what should she do and they told her to take the pit bull puppy named Honey to a shelter. But Brandi was scared that if she took Honey to a shelter she would be euthanized.
So in order to guarantee that nothing would happen to Honey, Brandi adopted her.
She’s got a good home now,” Brandi said to ABC 15. “She’s not going anywhere.”
