Fern known as the wimpy pit bull becomes the happiest dog after adoption.

She grew up chained and all alone in a junkyard.

She had been abused and was afraid of everything when this family adopted her mainly loud noises.

If you picked up something to clean or a pot, she would cower as if you were going to hit her.

So her new parents went slow showing her what it was like to be loved.

They wanted her to know she was safe.

Fern started coming out of her shell when they found out her passsion.

She was fascinated by people so she became a therapy dog.

She is always excited to see her friends on Therapy Sunday.

Fern is now getting over her fears and is not afraid to show her true side and finally be herself.
